Game actively works against you gives you things you don’t need and acts like it’s a reward while helping Asian countries players

This game has gone way downhill since I started playing. Most cities are dead and it all revolves around one season event. If you don’t spend lots of money it’s even less fun. You just can’t compete.

So the game is fun and I enjoyed it except for being over charged. Be careful when you buy a pack lets sy $4.99 pack some times I was charged a couple times. I don’t know if internet connection played a role, but It sounds like a flaw, others have mentioned similar issues.

The game is good But when any type of issue presents itself like purchase issues, bug issues, event issues etc when you report it or ask for help to resolve the issue it takes the GM one to two week’s to respond and when you reply to that response it takes another one to two weeks for them to respond to that it’s very terrible on top of that they don’t read or look at the picture you send them for proof of the issue and the GM will ask for everything again and you have to explain everything again it just goes in circles and nothing gets done about the issue, they also purposely ignore you so the issue doesn’t get resolved. In all honesty it’s not worth playing this game with all the issue’s it has that doesn’t get resolved, also the game is developed by China based and For Chinese consumers it’s cheaper for them to purchase packs than other countries so all in all it’s a ripoff. You pay for a game that doesn’t care about its consumers. I’ve been contacting the GM through Mafia City app and Facebook it’s all the same they respond weeks later and when you show them pictures you can tell they haven’t really examined it because they still question it smh

I have spent a lot on this game. The games customer service is terrible. You are not allowed to make a mistake or the game takes your account. If you live in the USA you have to pay more than other countries. You are able to change you IP to make it seem like your from another country so it will be cheaper. So it is unfair too. Don’t play it. Game kept crashing on me and they blamed me. Even with different phones on different WiFi’s on 5g and whatever else. They had me run diagnostics. All good on my end and then silence from them. They just quit contacting the player and hope they go away. Have reached out to your com. You won’t respond back to me because I show you pictures of the games mistakes and you ignore me

We have 2 players who verbally sexually assault a woman every day and it has been reported time and time again but they don’t care as long as they get their money

A long soap opera with little gameplay action

Wish it didn’t have to load so much. When short on data it kinda hard to play this game

I have been playing this game for long time The problem in pay to play ! Is fine but the game developer ( always make you pay but you will not be happy ) so that bring you to circle of paying but you will not get the exact thing that mention . For example one of there events is godfather crypts so you pay pack of 25$ each tike the events starts so you get ( hero) vigilante around 1000 fragments and you need 9900 fragments to own the vigilante 5 star … after you keep purchase for each round the events start Suddenly they announce that it is last round for this vigilante … after you keep buying for 5 rounds they enforce you to buy extra keys part to fill the fragments you miss otherwise all what you spend goes for nothing ! So they are not making package of events clear you assume buying it for like several times will make you own what you want but at the end you see they change it so you have to make extra purchase !! The game is like trap they show you path to buy through it suddenly you see your self not reach what you want So play for free and dont spend money The game cheat at the end I have many proofs like this

Great tutorial, features and game play.

I kept getting attacked every single day so the game turns into a sissiphus conundrum, every day you build your army just to have it depleted. Boring. If you haven’t put the hours into this game, don’t start it’s just frustration after a time.

This game is actually fun. For the time it’s been out. I like the graphics and gameplay. The gameplay mechanics was good as well. I just got it back and I love it. But, it is kind of sexual. Like for an example. Women with reviling clothing. But it is not that bad as it is only a small part of the game

Just started playing this game. Seems pretty fun so far and hope the pay to win aspect isn’t over daunting.

They offer new tasks at reset (which you can pay for to complete easily). Even if you choose to pay the task will not be available until several hours after it is posted. You will need to spend a ton of money to be competitive in this game. It is not worth it. Don’t bother starting this game until the developers can figure out the most basic of tasks. This is a daily issue and they still can’t figure it out. If you have any issues/problems with the game you will be ignored for months or indefinitely. They will refer you to line or Facebook for”faster service “ just to ignore you and spam you on those services. Overall if you love spam, spending way too much money to be competitive and like to be ignored when you have issue then this game is for you. Great job!!

I started the game, joined a clan and moved my city to their hive. After less than 2 days a high level troll moved his city into the area and attacks all the new users in the area repeatedly with no way of stopping it. Totally ruined the experience.

They made the add look like something good when I got on the game it was sum completely different I don’t recommend

Been playing 3 yrs. I’ve enjoyed every minute. Also I’ve met good people from all over the planet.

Good graphics you don’t have to necessarily pay to play only problem is you kind of do but if you work the system earn gold it works it loads slowly gets stuck easily I can’t load new load new content once it loads loads slowly having trouble loading update slow to download no longre

Fun game

This game is a shadow of itself. City wars are gone, in game event just allows people to hide out while 3-4K stat accounts exhibition. To top it off, Phantix has basically applied a subscription or cost to the most ridiculous parts of the game. Every single aspect has a purchase now. After 6 years….I am done.

I love this game DEARLY but I’ve been dealing with tons of game crashes. I’m not able to collect money, open chests, spin the daily wheel and I can update any of my investments. I don’t want to delete this game but if nothing gets fixed I guess I have to and I’ve spent over $75 on this game

The game is designed to cause lots of war and chaos between players. You from have super rich players to non spenders. you’ll always have an urge to spend more when someone else stronger keeps kicking your butt. it has so many events and other ways to force people to spend money. Some people have a even spent $1M on this game. There isn’t any kind of return on investment for that. I’ve spent a total of $5-6k in the game and my account wouldn’t even be worth that much close to it if someone where to sell the account. It has sentimental value for me so I wouldn’t see it. It can be fun and great for meeting new friends or making lots of enemies. Lots of drama in the game too, so before. Just know what you’re getting yourself into

Good game very similar if not exactly the same concept as Clash of Kings. I enjoy it! Only negative is that it is very expensive to play and progress properly. In Game support could be much better as well but not many problems thus far.

Two things. The game developers do not care about players that are not spenders at all. This is a game best played if you are spending real money. So if you occasionally purchase packs and have a problem receiving the pack you spent money on… you have to fight for several weeks to get a response and have the issue corrected. If you are not consistent, they will take your money and give you nothing in return. The second thing , every single time a new season theme is released the servers crash and many people are unable to log into the game for hours. And for this inconvenience they will only provide you with 200 gold. 🙄 Outside of these issues, when you are able to login, it is an enjoyable game to play.

Cant login and it keeps saying I have no internet connection

Having a problem logging into the game at the moment can’t seem to get help by the time it gets straightened out my mansion and troops will probably be toast very frustrating at times.

I really would love to give this game a higher rating but they have way too many server issues and the issues always seem to occur at the most important times in the game. It’s frustrating and way too much money is being dumped into this game by thousands of people for there to constantly be this many issues! Other than the server issues, the game is very fun. I’ve been playing for four years and have made numerous friends from around the world. If not for constant server issues, I would 100% give it five stars.

I make complaints in the game no response. Go to fb hardly get a response. And this game isn’t cheap. It will cost you the most expensive than any other app. I find that the most disgusting. Spend so much money and never get responses from the game itself. Always talking to bots. Fun game but deal with lots of drama. I went from four stars to 3 now to one. Until they have actually responses I will slowly raise the standard I have had major issues with engraving in this game Need to fix. I can not scroll down to crew 5 in mercenaries trying to post in my vigilantes. Also why do I need so many recalls to bring troops back. Why don’t you put this in the recycle center.
